請您注意 ph/l filter 的預設值：

phl_exempt => '^localhost$|webtv\.net$|^newscene\.newscene\.com$'.
  '|^freebsd\.csie\.nctu\.edu\.tw$|^ddt\.demos\.su$|^onlyNews customer$';

由於 openfind 所送出來的 NNTP-Posting-Host 是 localhost，所以將不會進行
ph/l filter。

建議修正設定如下：

phl_exempt => 'webtv\.net$|^newscene\.newscene\.com$|^ddt\.demos\.su$|'.
              '^onlyNews customer$|\.edu\.tw$',
