第20題

肌萎縮性側索硬化症（amyotrophic lateral sclerosis）是神經性疾病，
不可能發生於下列那種神經之退化？
(A) 脊髓之前角細胞（anterior horn cells）  
    anterior horn 是以運動為主。

(B) 脊髓之動作神經元（motor neurons）
(C) 大腦皮質之動作神經元 ��
    答案應該是這個。
 
(D) 腦幹之動作神經核（motor nuclei）

Ans: (C)

我答案選A  但是解答是C
以下是我查到的部份
想問這樣正確解答到底是哪個咧?

根據Neuroscience for Rehabilitation 第225頁

The disease attacks the cell bodies of 
     1.motor neurons in the spinal cord
and  2.brainstem
and  3.neurons in cerebral cortex that synapse on motor neurons.
       ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^...

       這意思好像是說是synapse的問題，

       不是cortex的問題。

    不好意思，因為我也不是很懂，不過我目前查到的

    都是Brainstem以下的問題，

    查不到有關Cortex的ALS的問題。


    答案應該是C沒錯，至少A的答案是ok的。
