第20題

肌萎縮性側索硬化症（amyotrophic lateral sclerosis）是神經性疾病，
不可能發生於下列那種神經之退化？

我答案選A  但是解答是C

想問這樣正確解答到底是哪個咧?

The disease attacks the cell bodies of 
     1.motor neurons in the spinal cord
and  2.brainstem
and  3.neurons in cerebral cortex that synapse on motor neurons.
