If you want to support AMD x86-64 bit CPU, ONLY Solaris 10 support on 64-bit mode.

If you want to support AMD X86-64 bit CPU compability mode (running on 32-bit mode), Solaris 9 X86 04/04 version support it and sure running on 32 bit mode.
