最近想去加拿大, 但發現那兒現在是 -15~ -20 度C, 不知有沒有人去過那麼冷
的地方, 我們能不能受得了, 要穿多少衣服 ??

雪衣一定要....
雪衣若長到膝蓋, 那從上身到膝蓋處都能保暖到....
帽子、圍巾、耳罩雖零零散散, 但等下雪又刮風時....
就會發現還真是缺一不可.....
還一個我覺得很重要的..... 口罩 !!!!!
若你的圍巾可發揮口罩功能, 那也可以.....
有時候, 長時間吸入極冷的空氣, 鼻子還真是不舒服呢.....
若是天氣好, -15~-20 其實不會冷到那兒去.....
再差點, 下綿綿的雪兒, 也還好....
最怕是又下雪又刮風的時候, 那才真是冷到最高點.....
對了, 還有鞋子, 若是走在雪有點溶又結冰的的路上, 很溶易滑倒.....
曾有人去買在 -40 地方亦能保暖的鞋子....
但一雙可能就要一個小皮箱了, 很佔空間......
所以, 找雙不會滑的鞋子, 怕冷的話就多穿幾雙毛襪.....
衛生衣和衛生褲蠻能保暖的....
若是不習慣穿多件褲子, 那外套或雪衣長一點亦能多增加些保暖功能.....
像我不習慣穿衛生褲, 等進到室內時, 腿好像冰塊了....

Don't worry, you will survive. I live in Banff where is the most beautiful
town in the Rockies, recently it's cold -15 ~ -30 degree, but it's not every
day like that. Next week it will be good 0 ~ -10 , if you are not used to
living in the cold country, please bring more clothes . But here the air is
dry, basically you do not feel cold as you are in the winter time in Taiwan.

   去年一月去日本箱根玩...有到-10度C說...
   的確是很冷...不過那種是乾冷...
   我是有穿雪衣...雪衣內再兩件衛生衣..一件毛衣...
   襪子最好穿毛襪...可以穿兩雙襪子...
   一定要帶手套...和毛帽...
   不然耳朵會凍的快掉下來...
   其實台灣冬天屬於溼冷...所以感覺比乾冷的日本或加拿大冷得更難受
   而且通常北國室內都有暖氣...
   所以一定要帶雪衣或超暖大衣...方便穿脫...

Of course, you can. I wear contact lens every day!!! Don't think there is a
lot difficulties to live in the cold country. Everything is the same as you
normally do, we still wear summer clothes in the office, only cold outside.
If you do not have particular things to do, people who live here almost stay
inside.

  靜止時要穿五件以上

    最近剛從芝加哥回來, 差不多是這個溫度...

    有一件好的雪衣是很重要的, 能擋風擋雪擋雨, 這樣就有了基本的保障;
    毛衣不妨穿兩件, 如果有需要也可以穿羊毛衛生衣。
    最重要的是, 不要把身體的部位露在外面,
    有手套戴手套, 能戴帽子就戴帽子, 不要逞強。
    亞熱帶的人不惜慣, 手指啊~ 耳垂呀~ 這些小配件很容易凍壞的...  :)

羽毛衣外套，羊毛衣各一件，手套，毛線帽，耳罩
厚長褲，保暖之衛生褲
毛襪，底部有深紋之膠底鞋〈踩在冰上不滑跤〉
濕度低不會覺得冷
最可怕是紐約的雪季，濕冷風大
電視會報wind chill 多少度，如果零下10度 wind chill 10度
那麼人體感覺的溫度就是零下20度
