聽一位外國朋友說
他的一個朋友(外國人)
精神狀況很不好
情緒不穩定,一會很興奮,一會極度沮喪
他稱之為"dipole"

那位外國人並沒有健保
目前在等回美國

但這段期間
我不知道怎麼幫他
尤其他可能有潛在危險性

請問誰有好idea?
