若位能在平衡點展開後
1~3次項都為0
那麼0次以外的第一個非0項就是4次了
這樣應該就不是simple harmonic了吧

: 2.V(xo)只是一個常數可以重新定義能量零點讓此項為零
: 故 V(x)~1/2*V"(xo)*(x-xo)^2=1/2*k(x-xo)^2
:    k≡V"(xo)
