恩我先把問題po給大家看

  a spring of stiffness k supports a box of mass M in which is placed a block

of mass m. if the system is pulled downward a distance d from the equilbrium

position and then released. for what value of d does the block just begin to

leave the bottom of the box at the top of the vertical oscillations.

 以下是我的作法:

block本身受到向下的重力mg跟向上的正向力Fn，

一開始在平衡的狀態的時候，spring會有一個伸長量x=(m+M)g /k,

在上面的端點的時候，spring的伸長量為d-x,而當block要離開時則代表Fn為零，即

是在s.h.m之端點之加速度為g，此時的彈力為k*伸長量即F=k(d-x),

而盒子所受之力除了彈力向下還有本身之重力Mg向下及正向力Fn也向下

，而盒子這時候的加速度為g，故可列式[k(d-x)+Mg] /M = g, 得到k(d-x)=0

所以d=x=(m+M)g /k,

但是如果你(OGC OGC OGC OGC) OGC4次的話 就可以得到100分呢 XD
