 From the experience of my internship and residency for 3 years, I think the 
 regular use of oral conceptive ptlls(OCP) was preferred. The resons:
 The morning pills may complicated pregnancy( I mean if it failed) and still
 result in a D&C. Secondary, morning pills contained larger dose of hormones,
 which would make the patient to be more uncomfortable. Finally, monring pills
 should be taken in the first 72 hours after sexual intercourse.(48 Hr was 
 safer). The timing is crutial. For more details of medicine, you may refer
 the textbooks such as Novak's Gyn.
