Chen Ximin is a 14-year-old chines girl. When she was teen
years old, her parents found that there were many nodes on her
body. Fibroma was identified through biopsy. In July 1996, the
girl had a seizure and three intracranial tumours were seen on
CT and MR scan. There was a large temporal tumour and there
was one small tumours in the each cerebelloportin angle cistern.
The large tumour on temporal lob was subtotal removed by
surgical operation and pathological diagnosis was meningioma.
The girl got recovery soon and went to school again. She has
been taking anti-epilesy drug up till now and no seizure attack
again. Four months later, she accepted the gamma knife
treatment for remain left temporal tumour and right
cerebelloportin angle tumour. She deverloped mild right face
paralysis.
In jun.1998, the girl complained pain on her neck. She did
not feel any weakness and numbness with her hand. More than
three tumours in the cervical spinal canal were seen on the MRI
scan. The spinal core was compressed by a tumour size
3*2*2cm. The third to fifth cervical luminectomy was done and
a subdual tumour was totally removed under microscope. It is
a neurofibroma. The girl got recovery without complication.
This is a neurofibromatosis II case. Now the problem is how
should we do to manage so many tumour in central nerve system.
The girl needs your help to save her life and furture.


 
陳斯敏，女，14歲。3年前發現軀干四肢多發性皮下結節，手朮切除病理報告
為‥纖維瘤”。96年7月，病人出現發作性四肢抽搐伴意識障礙，數分鐘后自行緩
解。CT和MR檢查示左顳葉4*5*5cm，雙側橋小腦a〈1cm占位病變。同月行左顳開
顱腫瘤切除朮。因左大腦中動脈及其分支穿過腫瘤，故僅作腫瘤大部分切除。腫
瘤為實質性，Τ包膜，血供丰富，與硬腦膜沒Τ粘連。病理報告是：腦膜瘤。朮
后病人恢復良好。長期服用抗癲癇藥，無癲癇發作。97年1月，行右CPA腫瘤及左
顳殘留腫瘤伽瑪刀治療，2月后，病人出現輕度右側周圍性面癱。1年后復查MR，治
療的腫瘤中央出現低密度區。98年5月，病人出現間歇性頸背痛，頸段MR示椎管內
多發腫瘤，其中頸3~5水平Τ一較大腫瘤，脊髓受壓變形，向前移位。同年7月行頸
3~5椎管探查腫瘤切除朮，全切除3*2*2cm髓外硬膜下腫瘤。手朮后，病人順利恢
復。病理報告：神經纖維瘤。朮后復查，脊髓受壓變形已完全緩解，椎管內仍Τ多
個小腫瘤。
    該病人的診斷是神經纖維瘤病II型合并左顳腦膜瘤。目前主要問題是中樞神經
系統內多發的小腫瘤如何治療。如閣下Τ辦法或知道哪里可以治療這種病，請告訴
