            You can use "Telnet", but can't wview the website,
            maybe the DNS is not correct,
            you can type "cmd" at the run,
            then you will see a command line window,
            now type "ipconfig", can you see anything after the
            "Connection-specific DNS Suffix",
            if not, that's caused why you can't view the website,
            so you must mannually add the DNS,
            try it and good luck.
