使用openwebmail寄不出信，試問該從哪個方向除錯？

目的地信箱沒有收到信

openwebmail 在寄件備份有信件檔案

執行telnet localhost 25

執行 telnet 本機ip 25

執行mailq
[root@mail ~]# mailq
                /var/spool/mqueue (23 requests)

中間省略
                Total requests: 23

又能證明信還在server裡面

卻無法解析DNS
[root@mail ~]# telnet ptt.cc
ptt.cc/telnet: Temporary failure in name resolution
[root@mail ~]# ping ptt.cc
ping: unknown host ptt.cc

也修正了/etc/resolv.conf
內容如下：
nameserver=163.28.136.2
nameserver=163.28.136.10

還是不行

可否指教指教

因為這部機器是定址的

所以無法使用dhclient的方式來重新捉資料

可否提供除錯方向，謝謝
