我沒用過　Virtual PC
但基本的觀念是一樣的

1.首先你要先確定你能 ping 的到你的 ubuntu
2.若你 ping 的到 ubuntu,你要確定你是否有裝 sshd (dpkg -l sshd,
  沒有的話(apt-get install opensshxxxxx) 精確的套件名稱用apt-cache search ssh 查
  沒記錯的話，ubuntu 預設沒安裝 sshd-server

3.若你ping不到 ubuntu 的話，請先確定你ubuntu的網路環境有設定好


先釐清問題,比較好解決
