Acne is a multifactorial disease, although we have some medications for
acne therapy, but there are some refractory patients who may not gain
much effects from standard treatments.
But I do strongly recommend continuing therapy as the best resort at
present time, and you can discuss your dermatologist for the possibility
of resistant bacterail strain and changing oral medications.
