I prefer laser than chemical peeling for facial acne scars.
For solitary lesion --> punch biopsy and suture is OK
Complications:
1. prolonged facial erythema
2. infection
3. reactivation of herpes infection
4. pigmentation
5. milium formation
6. poor patient-doctor relationship (non-satisfactory response)
Remember, dermabrasion can not achieve a perfect skin.
