我的問題是：

anterior cord syndrome 為何會造成 lateral spinothalamic tract (pain and
> temperature) 的 征狀比較嚴重，而不是
    anterior spinothalamic tract (pressure and touch)?





老師的回答：

It is because some of the touch & pressure sensations are transmitted by the
posterior column.
And  lateral spinothalamic tract (pain and temperature)  is in fact anterior
lateral.
