Floor time techniques and the DIR model 研習會簡章
壹、簡介
智能、情緒的發展，可藉由特別的遊戲治療課程得到長足的進步。
國際著名的兒童精神科醫師Stanley Greenspan經二十多年的研究，
發展出一套治療方案，稱為Floor time或是DIR(Developmental
Individual-Difference，Relationship-Based)，注重於遊戲取向
的教學法，可促進特殊兒童情緒、語言、社會互動能力，以及減少
重複固定行為。Dr Greenspan應用此密集、一對一的治療方案於200
名特殊兒童，其中，有58%的兒童有顯著的進步。
密西根大學Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics的Dr Solomon
根據Floor Time的治療方法，針對41位自閉兒童，給予一年的DIR model
治療後，發現1/2的個案有good to excellent的進步，1/3有fair的進步。
在早期療育推動的工作中，OT極力鼓勵父母能主動參與療育工作，
此DIR方案非常重視引導父母及主要照顧者，瞭解如何利用和孩子在一起
的時間，用最有效的遊戲法，帶動孩子的情感、情緒，同時激發孩子與
人互動、認知和溝通等能力。
Dr Greenspan非常重視OT所專長的sensory Integration approach、
sensory modulation的個別差異，和motor planning、sequencing的困
難，看重self regulation是發展的基礎功能，並且利用特殊兒童的
sensory preference和interest來開啟互動之門。
本次研習會將介紹Dr Greenspan的DIR model訓練課程
" DIR Infancy and Early childhood Training course " ，
並藉由Dr Greenspan的training videotape實際了解DIR方案，
以及吳端文老師分享如何應用DIR在臨床個案和團體

Ⅳ、 Floor timeⅠ：attention、engagement and intimacy：Helping a child

Floor timeⅡ：Two-way communication：Helping a child communicate with gesture and expressions.
Floor timeⅢ：Feelings and Ideas：Helping a child develop and express feelings and ideas.
Floor timeⅣ：Helping a child connect ideas and develop a logical understanding of the world.
