  It does not depend on qinputcontextplugin.h, so we can build it.
- Bump PORTREVISION

To install the port:    1. cd /usr/ports/chinese/oxim/ && make install clean
                        2. sudo portinstall zh-oxim

To add the package:     pkg_add -r zh-oxim
