Netatalk 2.x CJK 支援公開測試

目前 Netatalk 對於 CJK 字元編碼的支援又更進一步了，
最新的 CJK-patch 已經包含在 CVS 標頭為 (2.1dev) 的版本上。

        utf8.c Revision 1.1.2.6
        util_unistr.c Revision 1.3
        non-ascii-volume.patch.gz
        catsearch-terminator.patch.gz  (more better patch)
        remove_invisible.patch.gz (more better patch)
        netatalk-2.0.3-no-uicon.patch.gz
        photoshop patch （修正 Photoshop 存檔時會跳掉的問題）

The most important CJK-patch is applied to CVS HEAD (2.1dev).
But this is not applied to branch-2-0.
